Yesterday, our policy director joined colleagues from the American Alpine Club and Western Environmental Law Center and for a panel on the National Environmental Policy Act and why we are taking the Trump Administration to court to defend this landmark environmental law. With Fitz Cahall as our moderator, we discussed the many ways in which NEPA helps protect public health and public lands, and how recent changes by the Trump Administration disenfranchise the public and threaten our environment and outdoor recreation.
